Krāsu redzes jutības izmaiņas pirms un pēc kataraktas operācijas

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 32 lapaspusēm. Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Tas satur 23 attēlus, 1 tabulas un 35 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis ir noteikt, kā izmainās krāsu redzes jutība pacientiem pirms un pēc kataraktas operācijas. Darbā tika izmantots Farnsworth-Munsell 100 nokrāsu tests. Pētījuma piedalījās 30 dalībnieki, kuru uzdevums bija salikt pareizā secībā 85 krāsainus žetonus ar pakāpeniski mainīgu krāsu toni. Ar testa palīdzību tika novērtēta pētījuma dalībnieku spēja atšķirt krāsu toņus. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par to, ka pacientiem pirms un divas nedēļas pēc kataraktas operācijas nenovēro krāsu redzes jutības izmaiņas.

The Bachelor paper is written in Latvian and contains a total of 32 pages. The paper is divided into theoretical and practical parts. There are 23 photos, 1 table, and 35 literature references among them. The purpose of this study is to see how color sensitivity varies before and after cataract surgery. The Farnsworth-Munsell 100 hue color vision test was utilized in this study. 30 people took part in the study, and their objective was to arrange 85 colorful badges in the correct order of gradually varying hue tones. The ability of the subjects to distinguish color tones was assessed using the test. The results of the study showed that the patients did not experience any changes before and two weeks after the cataract surgery.
