Klīniskās refrakcijas ietekme uz bērnu akadēmisko sniegumu

Abstract

Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 60 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 19 attēlus, 3 tabulas, 3 pielikumus un 114 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Mērķis ir izpētīt acs refrakcijas stāvokļa ietekmi uz sākumskolas bērnu akadēmisko sniegumu. Pētījumā piedalījās 108 Jēkabpils 2. vidusskolas 3. klases skolēni. Tika veikts redzes skrīnings, lasīšanas ātruma uzdevums un pētījuma dalībnieku mācību sasniegumu novērtēšana. Pētījumā pielietotas teorētiskās un empīriskās metodes. Iegūtie rezultāti parāda, ka 39,81 % 3.klases skolēniem novērojams vismaz viens redzes funkciju parametrs ārpus normas. Netika iegūta statistiski nozīmīga saistība starp lasīšanas ātrumu un redzes asumu. Redzes asums tālumā ietekmē bērnu akadēmisko sniegumu jeb vērtējumu dažādās mācību disciplīnās gan eksaktajās zinātnēs, gan humanitārajās.

The thesis is written in Latvian on 60 pages. It contains 19 figures, 3 tables, 3 appendices, and 114 references. The aim of the research: to study the impact of refractive errors on the academic performance of primary school children. 108 3 rd grade students of Jekabpils 2nd Secondary School participated in the study. All students were screened for defective vision, completed reading speed task, and an assessment of academic achievement of study participants were performed. Theoretical and empiric methods were used in the research. The results show that 39.81% of 3rd grade students, at least one parameter of visual functions is outside the norm. A statistically significant relationship between reading speed and visual acuity has not been obtained. Distance vision acuity affects children's academic performance or assessment in various learning disciplines, both in the exact sciences and the humanities.
