The aim of the work is to determine the physical properties of fillers of natural origin - coffee grounds and eggshells, as well as to determine the effect of fillers on the mechanical properties of the polymer bio-composite. The densities of bio-fillers were measured, the particle size distribution of the fillers was determined, and the fillers were divided into fractions by particle size. Samples of polymer bio-composite with epoxy resin matrix were tested: 42 with coffee ground filler in 3 fractions of 10, 20 and 30 wt.% and 69 with eggshell filler in 2 fractions of 10, 20 and 30 wt.%. The bio-filler increases the value of the modulus of elasticity of the samples. The filler of coffee grounds significantly reduces the tensile break strength of the samples, by 53.1% - 63.1%, and it is greater for the samples with smaller filler particles. In the samples with eggshell fillers, the values of the tensile break strength decrease when the concentration of the bio-filler increases.
