Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot fluorescences spektroskopijas metožu pielietojamību šūnu elektroporācijas un sonoporācijas efektivitātes kontrolei.
Darbā izmantotas divas fluorescences spektroskopijas metodes – spektrālās reģistrēšanas metode vienā punktā un attēlošana. Izveidoti divi eksperimentālie stendi pētījumiem in vitro, ex vivo un in vivo.

Two fluorescence spectra methods has been used during this study – spectral registration method in single spot and imaging. Two experimental setups has been made for measurements in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo. CHO cell culture fluorescence spectra has been taken after adding anti - cancer drugs, including Doxorubicin, and using electroporation or sonoporation. In vivo measurements ware made on 6 mice from wich 3 were electroporated. Tumor fluorescence spectra has been taken using spectral registration method. Using imaging method RGB images of in-vivo cancer and ex-vivo skin were taken.
The results show that both methods can be used for showing spectral and intensity changes in cells and tissues.
