Mūsdienās optometrijā arvien vairāk tiek pielietotas dažādas jaunas tehnoloģijas, to skaitā arī datorizēti redzes funkciju izvērtēšanas testi.
The Bachelor Thesis „Approbation of new accommodative facility test” is written in Latvian, contains 38 pages, 12 figures, 5 tables and 28 references to other works.
Nowadays a variety of new technologies are applied in optometry, including computerized vision tests. This paper describes new computerized accommodative facility test. The stimulus of this test is separate for each eye using red and green colour filters.
Aim: To approbate new accommodative facility test.
Method: Accommodative facility was tested with ±2 D test and method with colour filters.
Results: Both test results with 95% confidence level are statistically different therefore the same norms cannot be use. The new test with colour filters showed one cycle per minute lower results than the standard method. The specificity of new accommodative facility test is 87.96% but sensitivity is 72.22%.
Key words: Accommodative facility, vision screening, ±2 D test, method with colour filters.
