Abstract
Maģistra darbā „Iespējas lasītprasmes pilnveidošanai matemātikas mācību procesā” tiek veikts pētījums par mācību paņēmieniem skolēnu lasītprasmes attīstīšanai matemātikas mācību procesā.
Darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām: 1. nodaļā tiek apskatīts termins lasītprasme dažādos literatūras avotos; 2. nodaļā tiek aprakstīta lasītprasme matemātikā; 3. nodaļā tiek aplūkoti mācību modeļi un paņēmieni skolēnu lasītprasmes pilnveidošanai; 4. nodaļā tiek veikts pētījums par skolēnu lasītprasmes uzlabošanu matemātikas mācību procesā; 5. nodaļā tiek aprakstītas autores izstrādātās darba lapas skolēniem ar metodiskajiem ieteikumiem skolotājiem, tās iekļautas 1. pielikumā.

The master thesis “Literacy improvement possibilities in mathematics teaching- learning process” studies how to improve the students’ literacy in the mathematics teaching-learning process. The thesis is structured as following: the 1st section consists of a literature review of the term “literacy”; the 2nd section describes literacy in mathematics; the 3rd section provides an overview of different teaching models and methods how to improve students’ literacy; the 4th section studies improvement possibilities of students’ literacy in the mathematics teaching-learning process; the 5th section describes the mathematic worksheets developed by the author, which include methodological suggestions for teachers, which are included in appendix 1. Key words: literacy in mathematics, literacy improvement, teaching techniques, mathematics teaching process.
